Estimator
Responsibilities
o Prepare & maintain job files for housing
o Plan detailed material take offs & cost estimates
o Provide sub trade pricing for plans, specifications and coordinate the tender process
o Prepare cost to complete estimates, issue purchase orders to sub trades and material suppliers
Requirements
o Minimum of 3-5 years of residential estimating experience
o Recognized as a Certified Engineering Technologist, Construction Technologist or have related educational experience
o Ability to read blue prints
o Capability to create & maintain housing budgets & costing options
o Ability to manage a heavy workload
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills
