Job Description:
Cummins Western Canada has an immediate opening for a Service Writer in Lloydminster. Reporting to the Branch Manager, the position will be primarily responsible for:
Being the first point of contact with the customer in providing excellent service while gathering accurate information on the repair
Performing document and customer interviews specific to all complaints
Creating and scheduling work orders
Coordinating customer units through the Shop with input from the supervisor
Working with the supervisor to provide over the counter estimates including call backs on provided quotes within 24 hours
Proactively contacting customers who are applicable for campaign repairs
Job Requirements:
Good customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to assess situations and effectively manage
Solid organization skills and should be proficient in maintaining a professional work station
Strong ability to develop and accurately communicate a customer diagnostic repair plan
Excel, Word and PowerPoint an asset
Able to multitask, work under pressure and work as part of a team
Have excellent phone manner and able to work with customers directly
