We are seeking two full-time Client Services Representatives in the
Saskatoon Clinic.  The ideal candidate brings a strong commitment
to deliver exceptional customer service as part of an award
winning team. The position is available for one year term, with
option for extension.

Primary Purpose:
The Client Services Representative (CSR) will work between the call
centre and the front reception in the Saskatoon Clinic responding
to clients in a timely and professional manner. Furthermore, the
CSR will provide administrative support to all departments.

Responsibilities:
Booking services provided across Canada
Greeting/checking in clients for appointments
Processing payments for services rendered
Administrative duties as assigned

Skills:
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to learn new company specific software programs
Attention to detail and accuracy
Desire to meet high standards of performance

Qualifications:
Successful completion of an administrative certificate is an asset
Previous experience in a customer service/reception capacity is an
asset.
Demonstrated typing speed of at least 50 wpm.
