Job Description:
We are seeking an innovative, passionate UI/UX designer that can help us continue to push the envelope for what can be done with web, mobile and social human resource technology.  You will assist us in continuing to evolve the Vibe HCM suite to deliver a simple yet sophisticated employee experience across our various modules.

Reporting to the SVP R&D, you will be lead UI/UX Designer for the Vibe HCM suite  soliciting input from multiple stakeholders: customers, executive, product manager, customer success.

Job Requirements:
Significant Experience creating effective UI/UX designs on multiple platforms
Experience creating style guides, layout and graphic assets
Experience implementing and/or assisting developers to implement and test designs
Experience planning and executing both redesign and new-concept design
You are a champion for the product and its users
You collaborate well in a team environment and are great at communicating your concepts and intent.
