Title: Customer Service Representative
Skills:
- One to three years experience in an office setting
-Superior customer service skills
-Ability to work as a team member under minimal supervision
-Strong computer skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
-A diploma in business administration is an asset
Responsibilities:
-Handle incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally within service levels
-Handle a variety of customer requests effectively and professionally
-Show a dedication to meeting targets and achieving goals
-Resolve conflict and solve problems within tight deadlines
-credit clearance required
