WBM Office Systems is one of the leading IT organizations in the country, currently ranked as a top 50 value added reseller in Canada. As a result of rapid growth and client commitments, we are seeking a Service Coordinator to join our team.
This is a full time position working with WBMs sales and service team to manage customer Service Level Agreements, coordinate our technical services team and perform tasks as assigned by the Lead Service Coordinator. As a Service Coordinator, you will combine your experience in managing complex and ever changing priorities with your superior customer service, communication and organizational skills. You will work as part of a customer service team coordinating resources between WBMs three regional offices in Saskatoon, Regina and Calgary, as well as our network of subcontractors internationally. Travel to Regina may be required for training in week 1 or 2. But is not generally required.
