AGT Foods is looking for a Full Time Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Regina head office team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to):

Duties:
    Communication with vendors and staff regarding payment status
    Proper coding of invoices
    Accurate data entry of accounts payable vouchers into the A/P system
    Preparing vendor cheques for mailing
    Reconciliation of vendor statements
    Perform other related duties as required
    Assist with reception coverage


Skills & Abilities:

    Ability to multi-task with keen attention to detail
    Ability to work effectively as a team member
    Excellent written and oral communication skills
    Strong data entry skills
    Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
