Description

The Ramada Plaza Regina is looking
for a dynamic, customer focused, Night Auditor.

This individual must be extremely professional in
appearance and attitude, exceed in hospitality,
have excellent problem resolution skills, and  
demonstrate reliability.

This position is a professional stepping stone in
the hospitality industry. We want to add to our
dynamic team with an individual that believes in
contributing to our service driven atmosphere.

Previous hotel hospitality experience is an asset,
experience with Opera PMS is a definite asset.

This position will consist of 5 night shifts and 2
set days off.

 - Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments

 - Investigate and resolve complaints and claims
 - Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
 - Work with minimal supervision

 - Keyboarding
 - Clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying)

 - Follow emergency and safety procedures
