Shercom Industries is currently recruiting for a Full Time Inside/Outside Sales Representative.
The successful candidate will be involved with inside sales as well as primarily focusing on performing outside sales functions.
Key Attributes of a successful candidate
- Able to engage clients professionally and effectively
- Highly Motivated and able to stay focused on targets and objectives
- Organized and able to track multiple details (experience with a CRM system an asset)
- Strong work ethic and able to have flexible schedule for travel, projects etc
- Able to set and achieve goals and comfortable with a performance orientated evaluation and compensation structure
- Confident in creating specific strategies and concrete plans with measurable outcomes from established goals and vision
Key Requirements
- Technical or business degree or equivalent experience.
- Valid class 5 drivers license.
- Minimum 3 years previous sales experience
- Must possess ability to contribute in a highly team oriented environment
- Preference will be given to candidates with sales experience in Industrial Supply & Safety or Construction Materials
