We are currently looking for someone to fill the position of Store Leader.

The managers main job responsibilities are the following:
Oversee day to day operations
Hiring, firing and employee retention
Staff development and training
Payroll submission
Have a thorough understanding of trends within our industry and how to build a business based on current market trends
Must have the ability to navigate and understand a retail POS system
The successful candidate must have the following skills:
An excellent attitude, even in difficult situations
Providing excellent customer service
Strong belief in honesty, integrity and respect for all
Strong organizational and time management skills
Work alongside others to help them reach their potential and goals
Ability to communicate with staff, customers and suppliers in a professional manner
Ability to motivate and lead others to success
Ability to plan, organize and delegate when needed.

The successful applicant should have retail management experience. The applicant must have a flexible schedule and be available to work Saturdays. Preference will be given to those with experience in the natural living and grocery industries.
