Description

We are seeking candidates for the position of
Resident Assistant in our beautiful new personal
care and memory care community dedicated to
residents living with Alzheimer disease and other
dementias.  Candidates must fit with the values
and culture of our Brightwater Memory Care
community as follows:  adhere to all community
policies and procedures; maintain confidential
information; demonstrate excellent customer
service skills; and serve as a role model for
other employees by displaying a cooperative,
respectful, and positive attitude.  Job duties
include but are not limited to the following:  
assisting residents with activities of daily
living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.;
assisting in development and revision of service
plans by informing supervisors of current resident
needs and preferences as well as successful
service approaches; performing dining services
duties; performing activities duties as assigned
by the Executive Director.  Previous experience in
dementia care preferred.
