The job position involves serving customers
in the Dining Room at lunch time Monday to Friday, as well as working high end catering events both on and off campus, daytime, evenings and weekends. A hotel background would be helpful for this position. The operation runs 6 to 7 days per week, but also has some very high business volume times, and some very slow times. Closed for 2 week Christmas break and 6 weeks in summer. We need flexible people who can fill holes in the schedule on an irregular basis, but for the right person, we could provide steady, regular work, as long as you are available throughout the day/evening from 7 am to midnight.
