Position and Scope
As a key member of Envirotecs leadership group, you will be responsible for leading the daily operations and strategic planning for the Transfer, Storage and Disposal Facility (TSDF) including overseeing the multiple process operations, personnel management, budgetary planning and reporting of progress to the President and Vice President. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills, a drive for results and the ability to manage a diverse team. This position requires an individual who is looking for a challenging role in a growing and dynamic company.

Key Accountabilities of the position include:
1. Oversee the multiple TSDF operations such as bulking, pumping, de-lab packaging, drum management, leachate management and shipping/receiving.  This will also include the tank farm operations and logistic operations.
2. Budgetary planning for the division based on financial reports, as well as short and long term goal planning for the division.
3. Oversee all divisional operations including purchases for the department, processing of all waste streams, and regulatory requirements.
4. Ensure employees follow and maintain Envirotecs Health and Safety Policies.  Responsible to collect, review, and approve all incoming safety documentation for the division on a scheduled basis.  Conduct incident investigations for any incidents involving the TSDF and its personnel.
5. Set and maintain production reports for all processes.
6. Preparation of training materials, modules Standard Operations Guidelines and workshops for employees within the division.
7. Host and partake in team meetings every 2-4 weeks or as required.  
8. Work in conjunction with the Manager of Human Resources on all personnel related topics including hiring, performance reviews, time management and wage reviews.
9. Responsible for maintaining a neat and clean work environment.
