Description

Homes by Dream Regina is searching for an experienced, local, self-employed contractors.

The role would primarily be comprised of:

Framing Check-Out Carpentry
o    Basement perimeter framing
o    Framing in fireplaces
o    Checking door and window sizes and walls for level
o    Installing backing
o    Checking plans and change orders for framing accuracy
o    Other duties as required
o    Sub responsible for own tools and safety equipment
o    A valid drivers license and vehicle is required

Final Finish Carpentry
o    Interior hardware installations
o    Minor drywall and paint repairs
o    Minor interior trim items
o    Final silicone installation
o    Cut out sink holes
o    Install OTRs and other appliance hook-ups
o    Final check of homes before occupancy
o    Other duties as required
o    Sub responsible for own tools and safety equipment
