Description

The Five Hills Health Region, Home Care Services, is seeking a temporary part time Continuing Care Assistant until October 13, 2015 to provide home care services to clients in the community.

SHIFTS
- Evenings, Weekends, On call
- 60 hours/3 week rotation

QUALIFICATIONS
- Continuing Care Assistant certificate
