Interested in becoming a Banquet Porter/Bartender at our award winning property? Here at the Travelodge Hotel & Conference Centre Regina were looking to give someone the opportunity to join a great work environment alongside a team of friendly, outgoing and honest people in our Banquet department.

Banquet Porter/Bartender spends lots of time interacting with their co-workers and guests, so someone who is a people person and enjoys a good conversation would be well suited for this position. You need to work well under pressure and be able to multitask. Candidates should be 19 years of age or older and preference will be given to those with a Serve it Right certificate.

While its great if you have some knowledge about mixing drinks, no prior bartending experience is required. Were just looking for someone who has worked in the Food & Beverage Industry or a similar atmosphere before and enjoys providing fantastic customer service.

In addition to bartending, this position will also include setting up and taking down function rooms and other related duties. You dont need to be a body builder but you will need to be able to lift tables and chairs and be on your feet for several hours.

With all of that being said, your hard work wont go unnoticed. With dedication and some great customer service this role offers excellent earning potential with the potential for gratuities over and above your base wage.

The hours for this position are full-time and require working until 2:00 am some nights - if youre a bit of a nighthawk, thats a bonus.
