Position

We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated and organized individual for a Brokerage Assistant/Receptionist position in a fast-paced sales office, working closely with a variety of real estate agents.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    Perform data entry responsibilities as  directed;
    Customer service responsibilities;
    Review, organize, and maintain files and other required records;
    Maintain office organization and processes;
    Answer multiline switchboard and route calls;
    Order general office supplies; distribute mail and other general reception/administrative duties as required.

Qualifications

Individuals applying for this position must have:

    Proficiency in Microsoft Word and/or Excel with a typing speed of 60wpm;
    One Year Administrative Experience and/or equivalent experience;
    Knowledge in real estate or real estate/corporate law an asset;
    Strong communication and time management skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently;
    A high level of self-motivation with the capacity to perform quickly and accurately while under pressure,while maintaining strong attention to detail;
    Capable of demonstrating a high level of confidentiality and discretion;
    Excellent interpersonal, written and organizational skills;
    Experience in InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator required.
