The successful candidate:
Post-secondary accounting program and have at least 3-5 years experience in an accounting role or the combined equivalent work and education experience in a similar role
strong communication skills and the ability to encourage ongoing contact with other financial and operational staff
demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
strong problem solving and analytical skills
proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
experience within a dealership environment would be considered a strong asset
