JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Project Manager plans, directs and coordinates a matrix team's activities (or multiple teams) to manage and implement interrelated projects from contract/proposal initiation to final operational stage to project closure.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBLITIES
Leads the project team(s) in determining customer requirements and translating requirements into operational plans
Determines, monitors and reviews all project economics including project costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, project resources and project risk
Plans, schedules, monitors and reports on activities related to the project
Mentors less senior personnel on PM Practices and Development

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Post-secondary education in business, engineering or computer science
Business Management or Project Management Professional designation (or equivalent)
Experience leading Agile SCRUM teams in Business environments
Demonstrated knowledge & understanding with technical software
Minimum 4 years experience managing multiple concurrent projects, creating project charters, plans and scope statements
Minimum 4 years experience demonstrating strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with senior management, operational and technical staff
Minimum 4 years experience managing and supervising technical and business resources, reporting progress of project activities and project resources
Minimum 2 years experience  working within a PMO supplying leadership and advice
Minimum 4 years experience in a leadership role
