Job Description
-Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service
-Assist in managing stores inventory, cash, merchandizing, customer service, and all employee standards
-Be responsible for enforcing return and exchange policies set out by the Head Office
-Will receive training to develop the skills necessary to work towards key holder and manager positions
-Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements
-Assist in merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
-Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock
-Aid customers in locating merchandise
-Assist in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise
-Perform any other tasks assigned by manager(s) on duty
Job Requirements
-Managerial and/or supervisory experience in a retail environment would be preferred, but not required
-Customer service experience would be an asset
-Strong communication skills
-Ability to work both individually or as part of a team environment
-Capable of working in fast paced environments
-Ability to follow protocol set forth by the Head Office
-Professional sports knowledge would be preferred, but not required
Hours
-Part time hours to start with potential of full time hours later
-Must be available for all shifts which include days, evenings, weekends and some holidays
