Sharp administrative skills required
Provide general administrative support to our Talent Supply team. Youll be the key liaison with new employees and Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada in the employee security screening process.
What youll do:
provide admin support to the Talent Supply team
facilitate the security screening process for new hires
track inquiries related to HR policies
manage the team budget, invoices and expense claims
answer and redirect general HR and policy inquiries
maintain filing systems and track documents for competition files
prepare new hire packages and routine correspondence
What were looking for:
an organized and detailed multi-tasker
a strong communicator who values teamwork, initiative and accountability
excellent problem-solving skills
What youll need:
at least three years of related admin experience; fluency in both official languages is an asset
specialized administration or software training
proficiency in software such as PeopleSoft, Excel, Access and Competition Tracker
