Description

Laskowski & Wright LLP is a new Chartered Accountant firm in Warman, SK.  We are a team of professionals providing accounting, assurance, tax, consulting and advisory services to clients across Saskatchewan.  We are currently seeking an individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant in Warman.

Responsibilities include:
Direct assistance to Partners and Associates, including preparation and editing of outgoing firm correspondence, arranging meetings and conference calls, and ensuring Canada Revenue Agency filings are submitted prior to deadlines
Assistance with billing and invoice preparation
Management of client deadlines and the firms client database
Reception duties, including answering calls, greeting clients, collecting and distributing mail, and management of office supplies

Qualifications:
Exceptional skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to detail and use of proper grammar for firm correspondence
Organization and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines
Ability to perform tasks with professionalism and respecting client confidentiality
Exceptional client service skills and a team player
Experience working in a professional environment as an Executive Assistant or equivalent would be an asset

On occasion this position may require some overtime.  As compensation we offer flexibility to attend to personal matters throughout the year, and the Executive Assistant will also be eligible for a performance bonus provided other performance criteria have also been met.

Salary will be commensurate with education, experience and skills.
