Description

If you are interested in pursuing your career with one of Saskatchewans Top Employers, we are currently seeking a Human Resource Director (HRD) to join our leadership team.  

The HRD provides leadership and strategic planning for the human resource services of Ranch Ehrlo.  The HRD will establish strong working relationships with the various program leaders, managers, directors, and senior directors.  The HRD will lead the development and execution of the HR strategic plan and department projects to reach agency objectives.  The position will work with the HR team and vice-president of HR to lead organizational change.  The HRD will lead the coordination and implementation of systems, processes, policies, and programs regarding recruitment, strategic staffing, planning and retention, management training, compensation/benefit strategies, communications, and employee relations.

Qualifications:  Preference will be given to those with a graduate degree, although candidates with a combination of an undergrad degree, CHRP designation, and/or 15 years of experience or more with at least five years of HR management experience will be considered.
