Position: Administration Support
Reports to: Controller
Overview: The Administrative Support position is an integral part of the administration team, responsible for a variety of critical tasks according to the detailed list of responsibilities outlined below.
The ultimate drive of success is the satisfaction of customers. This is only achieved by providing exceptional customer service, either directly or indirectly at every level in the organization in a caring, professional manner.
The successful person in this role will also be highly efficient and productive on a daily basis in order to reduce cost and optimize profitability.
Finally, the successful person in this role will develop and maintain positive relationships within the organization and customers.
Responsibilities:
1.Provide caring and professional customer service at all times.
2.General receptionist duties.
3.CRM Support.
4.Assisting with process management. Monitoring the stages of each initiative that we have going and assisting where needed.
5.Assisting the Supervisors in administration, time sheets, meeting notes, etc.
6.Assigning and tracking of all company owned and individual assigned property. (Tracking assignment and return of cell phones, company uniforms, safety equipment, keys, etc.)
7.Human Resources Support
8.Marketing support to operations supervisors on an as needed basis.
9.Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
