This position partners with the Business leaders to assist in developing leaders within the organization, deliver and coordinate provision of Human Resources programs and services and support change management efforts to the organization. The Business Partner acts as a relationship manager, providing and managing services in: recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, culture, and training and development.
The Business Partner, People Office will deliver, support, and maintain established Human Resources programs, policies, and services including recruitment and selection activities, performing compensation analysis and recommendations, responding to escalated employee inquiries on policies and programs, collecting, compiling and presenting HR and employee information and performing analysis as requested and being a trusted partner in a specific business unit, assisting leaders in bringing out the best in peoples performance thus enabling a culture of a highly productive, skilled workforce.
This position will provide high-quality and responsive client service and be a leader in areas of leadership, coaching and change management. The incumbent will develop a deep understanding of the business strategy and HRIS and proactively work with the Business leads to ensure the human capital has capacity and skill to achieve the business strategy. The Business Partner coaches and advises leaders and executive on driving employee engagement, building high performance teams and powering peer and leadership potential. The heart of this role is partnering with people leaders in the aligned business area (being their single point of contact for HR) to enable them to be and do their best.
