POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Controller, the AR Clerk will perform a number of duties related to administration and accounting. Their primary responsibility is invoicing customers and ensuring all accounts are collected in a timely fashion. This person will be someone who pays attention to detail and has highly developed organizational skills, to ensure the accuracy of our financial transactions. They will provide support to our 2 Saskatchewan locations.
FUNCTIONS:
Prepare customer invoices and statements in a timely and accurate manner
Maintain customer account status (ie. credit limits)
Collect outstanding receivables in a timely manner
Record daily deposit(s) in accounting system
Reconcile customer accounts, ensuring prompt resolution of discrepancies and enquiries
Manage credit applications and approval process
Provide support to sales order desk
Other related accounting and administrative duties as assigned

Preference given to those with experience in the construction, manufacturing, or steel fabrication industry
