Description

Fujitsu is looking to hire a Client Executive - Strategic Staffing for the Regina, Saskatchewan office.

Responsibilities:

- Central point of contact for staffing business
- Bid qualified resources on staff augmentation opportunities in Saskatchewan
- Assist bid team with responses to Vendor of Record RFP process
- Propose resources on staff augmentation opportunities in response to SOWs from clients
- Be a main interface for the MSP process for Saskatchewan staffing opportunities
- Work with the recruiters to build up the appropriate resource pipeline for Saskatchewan opportunities
- Work with the Delivery Manager and the Client Executive to develop resource needs and assist in recruiting process
- Follow up with customers on results of staff augmentation opportunities. Communicate with staff augmentation candidates and client lead contact during procurement process. [eg. coordination of interviews and communication of results]

Qualifications
- 3  5 years related experience (staffing, recruiting, selling services, etc.)
- Experience working in the Saskatchewan IT Services market place
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Self-starter
- Well organized planner and doer; results oriented; able to achieve maximum results by being appropriately opportunistic.
- Strong analytical skills and business judgment; excellent negotiating skills and innate desire to win in the marketplace.
- Demonstrated ability to work as a team player
- Familiar with using Sales tools such as SalesForce.com
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Bachelor degree desired
