Skills & Requirements
You have mastered (in priority):
5+ Years of consulting and support experience
Strong understanding of IIS
Strong understanding of Hyper-V and/or VMware
SAN experience
Microsoft Exchange Server
Microsoft System Center Operations Manager experience
Strong understanding of Active Directory/DNS
Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery experience
Patch Management/Software deployment
Self-Starter, works well with little supervision
Proven problem solving and troubleshooting skills
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Project management and rollout experience an asset
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrate value through professionalism and expertise
Able to overcome difficult technological challenges in a team environment
Ability to work on and successfully complete multiple projects at the same time
Ability to communicate with staff at all levels of an organization
