We are looking for a great team-player with strong leadership skills who will achieve the highest quality of Garden Caf and Garden Lounge operations at Saskatoon Inn & Conference Centre. The Outlets Supervisor will ensure excellent service is productively provided by engaged employees.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible to manage and direct staff over the course of a shift to deliver excellent customer service
- Train staff to be star performers
- Manage labour costs by ensuring appropriate staffing levels during shifts
- Responsible for maintaining service standards in daily operations
- Responsible for practicing and maintaining control policies and procedures
- Support the outlets manager in developing and implementing initiatives
- Coaching and development of associates through performance management processes
- Enhances ones own ability and the ability of others to contribute
- Listens to all sides of an issue to achieve a successful solution/resolution
- Liaise with front line associates regarding daily / weekly features, and timeliness of orders

Preferred Education & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years experience in a high volume F&B establishment
Displays a positive attitude, maintains enthusiasm and celebrates success
Strong leadership, motivational, coaching and training skills
Organized, detail-oriented, takes initiative
Able to work a variety of shifts
The candidate must be legally entitled to work in Canada
