Description

Kramer Ltd. has an immediate opportunity for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Regina. If you are a high energy, self-motivated individual who is willing to work hard in a team-oriented environment, we want to talk to you!

Responsibilities:
    Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers
    Recruit, reference check and interview new employees
    Assist in the development and roll out of a recruitment strategy
    Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes and initiatives
    Builds a strong business relationship with the internal client
    Administer performance management program
    Designs succession plans for key talents and key job positions
    Advise and assist the business unit on interpretation and administration of personnel policies and programs
    Maintain accurate records and compile statistical reports
    Provide resolutions to employee relation issues
    Develop and provide recommendations for policies and processes
    Plan, organize and attend recruitment fairs

Requirements:
    Post-secondary education, in business specializing in Human Resources, or equivalent
    Minimum 5 years Human Resource experience
    Highly organized with effective time management skills
    High level of personal integrity
    Superior interpersonal and communication skills
    Sound analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills with an ability to resolve conflicts situations
    Ability to handle highly sensitive information
    Ability to conduct presentations
