In a 1 week rotation: 5 shifts of 7.50 hours

Job Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Health & Safety, this out of scope position is responsible for the development and delivery of regional orientation, Train the Trainer programs, mandatory OH&S staff training and other educational programs.  

Experience:
Experience in the health care field an asset.

Qualifications:
Bachelors of Kinesiology
Valid Class 5 Driver's license

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to develop programs
Ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
Advanced presentation skills
Computer skills in such programs as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
Effective time management and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills

Candidates must demonstrate knowledge of functional biomechanics and knowledge of OH&S with a demonstrated ability to apply principles of adult learning and teaching strategies.

Additional Text:
This is a regional position based out of North Battleford.
Travel throughout region will be required.
