Are you Mr/Miss Everything ? This key position to assist the RAM Customers and Sales Management is a varied, exciting hub of activity for an energetic and organized person wanting to assume long term growth responsibilities. You will be the center of most activities and discussions with sales, customers, engineering, manufacturing and management.
The primary role of the Sales Development Supervisor / Manager is to develop and implement sales, promotional and internal response strategies to enhance existing sales and market share. You will be the communications person, provide sales leadership and assistance, promote world class service and be a management liaison.
The IDEAL CANDIDATE will have the following qualifications:
Energetic, well organized, and with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and solve customer needs.
Ability to understand and adapt mechanical systems and processes in order to understand Ram capabilities to compliment customer requirements.
Proficiency with common communication software applications like excel, power point, and others.
University degree or Technical Diploma in areas like engineering, marketing, communications and/or experience in directly related fields that understand customer service and applications where hydraulics are employed.
