The Associate's focus is on adding value to the customer experience by providing advanced product education and an efficient, friendly ease and speed of purchase.
To excel as an Associate, you will enhance the in-store perception by displaying strong sales skills for point of sale functions as well as maintaining fitting room standards, and responding to phone and in-person inquiries relating to products and inventory. You'll maximize productivity and sales results by working collaboratively with merchandisers and customer service associates to build our reputation as Canada's "Smart Clothes" provider.
Our best Associates have a strong background in retail and aspire towards a leadership role in retail store management. They are equipped with great interpersonal skills which allows them to seamlessly connect with customers as well as staff. In addition, they have knowledge of inventory management systems, sale hardware and administrative systems.
