We are looking for a strong, career minded individual to join our team as an Inventory Manager!

The successful candidate will:
Manage and lead a team of Inventory Clerks to receive and record new stock.
Supervise and monitor the performance of all direct reports.
Manage the inventory and procurement to meet customer service level, market demand, and profit targets.
Maintain inventory records and counts that are complete, accurate, up to date and compliant with industry standards.
Analyze large volumes inventory and supply chain data to gain insights for optimizing inventory, service and cost.
Fill dealer, sales staff and inter-company orders.
Provide service to both new and existing customers.
Establish and maintain effective business relationships with customers.
Develop an understanding of customers' evolving service needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Review & advise Regional Managers of surplus/stale-dated inventory on a monthly basis.
Prepare monthly analysis for Finance.
Conduct monthly inventory reconciliations, inventory obsolescence & spot checks.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
A Bachelor's degree in business from a recognized institution or equivalent management experience.
Strong organizational, analytical
