Opportunity:
Superior Cabinets is currently seeking a Design Consultant to join our team in Regina, where you will be working with a team from our Design, Operations, Manufacturing, and Installation departments to create one-of-a-kind kitchen designs.  

Responsibilities will include:
-Promotion and sale of our products and services to retail customers, renovators and small home builders
-Design of dream kitchens as per the needs of the client
-Order management and customer support
-Prospecting for new business and accounts as required
-Assist our Regina store leader in ensuring our Retail and Custom Builder clients receive best in class service

Qualifications:
In order to be successful, you will need:
-At least 1 year of experience in kitchen design and/or sales
-Experience in design software such as 20-20 Design Technologies, AutoCAD, etc.
-An entrepreneurial spirit, passion for design, and a drive for success
-Ability to multitask and handle multiple accounts and projects at once
-Strong communication skills to enhance our customer's experience
-Working knowledge of building codes and compliance issues
-A degree or diploma from an accredited interior design or architecture program will be considered an asset

 - Know computer-aided drafting (CAD)
 - Know products, materials and installation techniques
 - Know standards and codes currently in force
 - Estimate cost of projects and prepare detailed specifications
 - Create interior spaces that reflect clients' needs and tastes
 - Arrange and make sales
