As per Article 13 of the current Agreement, applications will be received in the office of the undersigned until a suitable applicants are found, from both CUPE and NON CUPE Members, for the following posting:

CASUAL
EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANTS


Location:  Mankota School

Effective Date:  as needed

Wage Rate:  $16.70

Assessment
Candidates must also meet the necessary knowledge, skills and ability requirements shown below.  These may be assessed through any of the following:  written test, work product testing, oral communication, role play, interview and reference checks.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
    A minimum of Grade 12 diploma from a recognized educational institution as approved by the Board of Education or General Educational Development (GED) is required
    A minimum requirement of the one (1) year Educational Assistant Training Program from Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Skills & Technologies (S.I.A.S.T.); or other education such as post-secondary training in programs in Early Childhood Development, Youth Worker, Rehabilitation Worker or the equivalency of one year post-secondary education in an area related to student needs.  Such training must be from a recognized educational institution as approved by the Board of Education
    A valid drivers license is required
