Description

The primary job responsibility is to provide counseling and supports for social and emotional needs to students in the school setting.

Churchill Community High School is a great school with a tradition of excellence in academics, athletics and the fine arts.  CCHS has a student population of 525 and a professional staff component of 37.

Position has an annual salary range of:  $48, 361 and $71,773 depending on degree and experience.  Northern Lights School Division #113 offers an excellent benefits package.

Successful candidate must possess the following:
- Bachelor of Social Work Degree
- eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers
- counseling background
- experience working with children and youth
- a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license
- cross-cultural experience

The ability to speak an Aboriginal Language is considered an asset for this position.

This is a full time, temporary position to start as soon as possible until June 30, 2015
