The Canadian branch (AACN) of Alan Auld Engineering (AAE), a UK based Consulting firm specializing in deep mine shaft lining design.
We are looking for an experienced Mining Engineer (EIT) to add to our growing organization in Saskatoon. Experience in shaft engineering and construction is required. This is a permanent position in our Saskatoon Office with some travel required.
Duties:Shaft liner design, shaft inspections. Project Management, estimating and writing proposals.
Academic Requirements and Experience:
A minimum BEng degree in Mining Engineering from a recognized post-secondary institution. A minimum of four (4) years experience working in the mining industry
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:A background in Mine Engineering and Shaft Sinking. Strong communication, planning and organizational skills are essential. Knowledge of AutoCad, MS Project, Office and Hard Dollar. Must have a valid drivers license as well as a clean drivers abstract
