The Human Resource Coordinator will work in close collaboration with the management team in Regina. They will be responsible for all areas of HR including, but not limited to:
Providing internal HR services on a variety of managerial, employee and organizational issues
Preparing, with accuracy, the new hire documentation for new hires and other employment related documents
Manage and respond to inquiries regarding policies, benefits, employment opportunities, shift coverage, etc.
Creation of job postings, sourcing candidates, screening applicants, interviewing and reference checking
Creating and implementing HR initiatives designed to attract, retain, develop and engage a diverse employee group
Administration of group benefits
All areas of employee relations and performance management. This includes facilitating performance reviews, disciplinary actions and team member conflict
Completing all new hire orientations and organizing on-site orientations where applicable
