Description

Responsibilities
Responds to inquiries and requests from customers/tenants in person and on the phone, providing general information such as phone numbers, directions, details of programs and events.

Provides complimentary services, stroller and wheelchair loans to our customers, sells Shopping Centre gift cards.
Makes courtesy and emergency paging announcements as required, maintains lost & found system.

Updates and maintains filing system and inventory as it pertains to Customer Service Kiosk.

Types, edits, and proofreads letters, memos, reports and other documents.

Assists with information gathering and report preparation.
Assists with the implementation of programs and events for the Marketing Department.
Qualifications
Must be available to work varied shifts (evenings & weekends) with increased hours in the summer and the Christmas season.
Proficient computer skills, specifically using Microsoft Office - Word and Excel.
Outstanding attitude as well as superior interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Must be reliable, self-confident and have superior problem solving skills.
Must be self-motivated, flexible, able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Able to cope with changing needs and prioritize multiple assignments
Preference given to those with previous Customer Service experience.
Cash handling experience an asset; must be bondable
Able to obtain required security clearance.
