Description

The Cell Supervisor in this full time permanent position is primarily responsible to lead, plan, organize, monitor and control manufacturing processes to ensure that outputs meet production schedules as well as safety and quality standards. The Cell Supervisor will work closely with Floor Supervisor to ensure that lean manufacturing goals are achieved. Through the effective management of targets, goals and production efficiencies, the Cell Supervisor will ensure the ongoing success of their Cell groups by improving throughput and other in-house processes with the objective of reducing overall costs and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Who are you?
- Minimum of grade 12
- University or Technical College degree/diploma preferred
- Mechanical aptitude is a must
- Minimum of 4 years direct work experience in manufacturing environment, with 2 years in a leadership role
- Must possess excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
- High Level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Training and knowledge of Six Sigma techniques, Kaizen and Lean manufacturing are an asset
