NICOR Community Management Inc. (NCM) is looking for a motivated, energetic, self starter to join our team. This individual must be organized and able to work independently in a fast paced environment. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, both verbal and written and is required to work flexible hours.
General duties consist of delivering all services set out in the NCM Condominium Management Contract (Financial, Physical and Governance) between NCM and the customer including: managing the condominium community under the direction of the Board, relationship management with Board and Owners, ensuring compliance with Board policies and ensuring that the NCM procedures are followed.
