POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a member of the marketing department your responsibilities will include providing administrative support to the marketing team and may include organizing meetings, handling office correspondence, maintaining marketing databases, travel arrangements, general office duties, back-up relief for executive assistant, project work and other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements of the position:
Business or administrative diploma
Two to four years of relevant work experience
Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and Outlook
Strong interpersonal and communications skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, build trust and maintain positive relationships with a wide variety of internal and external personnel
Assets:
Experience with SAP
