Description

The Saskatoon Tribal Council is a dynamic, forward-looking, outcome based organization. We are seeking Childcare Workers and Early Childhood Educators in the Emergency/ Group Care/Youth Facilities and Daycare Centre in our Urban Programs.

Duties:
- Provide a safe environment where each child may develop his/her potential.
- Act as a liaison between First Nations communities, other agencies and key stakeholders.
- Respond to concerns in a culturally sensitive manner.
- Adhere to legislative mandates relevant to the services and programs with STC.
- Engage key stakeholders and facilitate in a collaborative manner.
- Ensure case management practises are reflective of cultural diversities and opportunities for learning and growth.

Qualifications: Early Childhood Education Level 1, 2, 3 and Human Services Degree or Certification. Knowledge of First Nations culture and language. First aid CPR certification. Valid Saskatchewan drivers license. CPIC along with resume. Vulnerabilities check from the CFS Agency serving your First Nations (If applicable).
