Title: Administrative Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant (depending on skills & experience)
Reports To: Office Manager
Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will be required to perform an array of administrative duties including: answering phones, managing the reception area, records management, meeting deadlines for accounting clients, accountable for drafting, reviewing, and editing time-sensitive correspondence sent by the management team, and managing office related duties. Other duties relevant to the position will be assigned as required.
Responsibilities:
1. Answering phones
2. Managing Reception
3. Provide complete administrative assistance to all departments
4. Typing requirements related to accounting, wealth management documents, and financial Statements
5. Assembly and filing of Corporate returns/statements
6. Records Management
Qualifications:
1. College diploma would be an asset
2. 1-2 years industry experience as an administrative assistant
3. Fluent in Computer skills (MS Word/Excel/Power Point)
4. Experience in the Agriculture Industry and/or financial services industry (not required but ideal)
