Applications are invited for a permanent 25% Administrative Assistant position at Broadview School commencing November 1, 2014.

Located just 20 kms south of the QuAppelle Valley, Broadview offers a variety of outdoor opportunities such as fishing and camping. It is also home to an 18-hole golf course that is rated one of the best in Saskatchewan.

The successful candidate will have:
  demonstrated knowledge of bookkeeping processes including preparation of bank reconciliations, petty cash reconciliations  and budget management  
  excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
  post-secondary Secretarial/Office Education Diploma or Certificate from a recognized institution
  superior knowledge of business English, spelling, punctuation, and grammar
  knowledge in the operation of equipment such as computer, photocopier, fax, telephone and intercom
  knowledge of the SIRS program (Student Information Records System) would be an asset

The successful candidate will also pay attention to detail, have strong analytical skills and communicate effectively.  A skills test may be required by those selected for an interview.
