Our Regina, Saskatchewan based client is looking for a Business Systems Analyst for a 3 year (Split) contract role in Regina.

Business analysis/consulting activities may also be conducted for applications, systems, and services that IT Division provides to the client. When this is the case, IT Division retains the responsibility for those technical solutioning requirements/needs.

Qualifications  Mandatory Requirements:
    Minimum of ten (10) years of combined experience working with enterprise application technologies from both a Business and Technical aspect.
    Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in a senior role including a lead/senior role on at least one project with a budget exceeding $1 million dollars.
    Minimum of five (5) years of experience leading teams of greater than 10 resources.
    Minimum of five (5) years of experience creating, testing, training and implementing XML schemas for enterprise applications.
    Available to work full-time, on-site in Regina, Saskatchewan.

The Senior Business Systems Analyst will be required to:

    Provide consulting services for the maintenance, enhancement, troubleshooting, and operation of enterprise applications.
    Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather, compile and document business requirements for data standards, data flow, workflow, business process changes, system changes and project deliverables associated with the enterprise applications.
    Design and manage process/system changes and implementations and ensure these changes will save significant ongoing costs and provide major improvements to program service delivery and data management.
    Demonstrate proficiency in various database management systems.
    Create PLSQL queries to retrieve raw data not available in the Oracle Discoverer environment.
