Experience:  3 to 10 years experience in the general practice of law with a focus on insurance defence litigation.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with interest and experience in civil litigation to join our Legal team as an in-house Litigation Counsel in Saskatoon.  This position provides legal opinions and conducts litigation for the Corporation at each level of court in Saskatchewan and at the Automobile Injury Appeal Commission.  The incumbent handles litigation matters of moderate complexity and/or assists in more complex litigation research under the direction or with the assistance of Senior Counsel.
