Assignment:
Job Share position; the number of hours per day/week; the work schedule to be determined in consultation with the Principal
Term:
To commence January 5, 2015
Qualifications:
Minimum grade 12 or equivalent plus
In accordance with AP 400-Staff Recruitment & Selection, outlined on our website, if the successful candidate has not completed the appropriate training, he or she will be required to enroll in a Board approved post-secondary course related to office education or business prior to the completion of their probationary period.
Experience as an office assistant will be considered an asset.
Competencies, Skills, and Abilities: As outlined on our website in AP 433-Futies & Responsibilities of Administrative Assistants
Duties:
Duties include providing clerical assistance to the school, and other duties as outlined on our website in AP 433-Futies & Responsibilities of Administrative Assistants
