Receive bookings and appointments from screening-agency partners; entertain donor-clients and check identification; collect specimens, particularly oral fluids and urine for screening; complete the necessary forms to record procedure; enter new-data client information in office's database; prepare official reports and maintain and update client records; submit completed forms to screening-agency and/or medical doctors partners for evaluation; order supplies and ensure they are available at all times; ensure collecting facility/area is organized, tidy and clean at all times.
Requirements: 1) Completed secondary school and had on-the-job training; 2) English proficiency is mandatory; 3) Excellent written and oral communication skills; 4) A team-player and self-starter; 5) Can work independently with minimal supervision; 6) Can work in mobile setting; 7) Willing to extend time if needed.
